The central location near Main Street was ideal, and we enjoyed the unexpected surprise of an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff, especially Matthew and Richard, were friendly and helpful. The room was modern and comfortable, perfect for relaxation after exploring nearby landmarks like the Albany Waterfront Marina and Dog Rock. We would return in a heartbeat!

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe box, TV, and a refrigerator. I was surprised by the scenic ocean view. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and bars. The stuff was super-friendly all the time.
Nothing all good!

Well-appointed and freshly cleaned units with water views. Marvellous and magnificent location in Albany, just next door to the bay and Anzac Hill walking distance to town, centre of town and restaurants, and the sea front...
A little limited breakfast.

The location is great, right by the water with fine views and easy access to nearby attractions. I loved the breakfast spread—there was something for everyone! The friendly staff made us feel welcome and even went out of their way to help when we had questions. Plus, we got to see fireworks from our room, which was a nice surprise during our Christmas stay.
The experience was marred by some disappointing issues. The housekeeping was subpar, leaving dirty mugs untouched and no fresh towels unless we left them on the floor. We even had to set up a sofa bed for one of our kids, which was really frustrating. The parking area felt super dark and lacked privacy, making us feel uneasy at night. I expected better for the price we paid.

The rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated, which made my stay feel special. The location by the foreshore was perfect for exploring, and the breakfast buffet was honestly the best I've had at a country hotel—so many delicious options! Plus, the staff were all super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The only bummer was that there’s no in-room dining, so I had to go pick up my meal from the foyer restaurant. It was a bit bland, too. the WiFi setup was kinda confusing since I had to register for a membership just to get on. though, I'd definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location was fantastic, with stunning views and everything nearby. Holly made our honeymoon special with a complimentary room upgrade, romantic touches like petals on the bed, and a lovely note. Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the self-serve fresh juice.
Not one thing! 😊.

I particularly appreciated the room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom that offered stunning water views. The serene atmosphere made it perfect for relaxation and enjoying the picturesque scenery.
The only minor drawback was the limited Wi-Fi connectivity in the more remote areas of the hotel. While it didn't hinder my overall experience, a stronger signal would have been beneficial for staying connected.

The fourth-floor views were amazing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good, with custom-made eggs and delicious options like French toast. Plus, the quiet atmosphere was a lovely surprise, making it a peaceful retreat after a busy day.

Great location with fine harbor views and a friendly staff that really made us feel welcome. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and watching the chefs was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the gym is quite small, and service can be a bit slow during events.

We were thrilled with the fantastic location, just a short walk from a regional museum and a quick 14-minute drive to the airport.

A tiny convenience store, a gym with outdated equipment, and a bar where you order at one place and collect it at another. Oh, and wifi!
The picture-perfect meat lovers pizza turned out to be a sad excuse with minimal toppings. But hey, at least the receptionist promised to "pass on" my feedback!
